Placement of garbage receptacles, trash and discarded property upon the public right-of-way shall only be between sunrise of the day prior to pick-up and sunset of the day of pick-up. Any other times is prohibited.
This week we received information on recycling tonnage from the Lorain County Solid Waste District. Wellington was measured as increasing recycling tonnage from 279.9 tons in 2013 to 502.7 tons in 2014, an increase of 84%.
