How can I pay my utility bill?: In person, by mail, use our night drop, by phone w/mastercard, visa, or automatically taken out of checking or savings account.

1. Can my security deposit carry over to a new address?: Yes, once final bill has been paid on property you are leaving.

2. Do I have to put a deposit down?: Yes, renters or those buying land contract, must put a deposit down. You will get it back after 2 years of good payments or after moving out and the final bill is paid in full.
