What are the regulations for using the up-ground reservoir?
Fishing boats are welcome to use the reservoir but the operation of gasoline engines is prohibited. Bilge water plugs should not be pulled at the boat ramp or at the top of the reservoir. Bilges may be emptied at the ground level parking lot. Detailed regulations for the use of the reservoir can be found at the following link.

How are water and sewer rates established?
The water and sewer systems are enterprise funds, the fees for those services are set by the Village Council to assure that the fund is self-sustaining. Our rates are very competitive with surrounding communities and other systems.
