The Income Tax Department collects the municipal income taxes for the Village of Wellington.
These taxes provide the following:
- Funds for the purpose of general Municipal operations
- Maintenance of equipment
- New equipment
- Extension, enlargement, and improvements of Municipal services and facilities
- Capital improvements of the Municipality
The tax rate for the Municipality is one percent (1%).
