Pour a sample of your water in a container that you can give to us in case we need to test it. Then contact the Water Department at (440) 647-3164 to let us know of your concern.

How are water and sewer rates established?
The water and sewer systems are enterprise funds, the fees for those services are set by the Village Council to assure that the fund is self-sustaining. Our rates are very competitive with surrounding communities and other systems.
