1. I do not think I am getting sufficient water pressure, what should I do?

Always check the news feature first in case we have posted system wide information there. If nothing is noted there, call the Public Works Department at (440) 647-3836 as they oversee the water distribution system. News Alerts

2. I am concerned with the color and/or taste of my water, what should I do?

Pour a sample of your water in a container that you can give to us in case we need to test it. Then contact the Water Department at (440) 647-3164 to let us know of your concern.

3. I have a question about my water or sewer bill, who do I contact?

Contact the Town Hall at (440) 647-4626 for billing questions.

5. How are water and sewer rates established?

The water and sewer systems are enterprise funds, the fees for those services are set by the Village Council to assure that the fund is self-sustaining. Our rates are very competitive with surrounding communities and other systems.
