Yes, once final bill has been paid on property you are leaving.

2. Do I have to put a deposit down?

Yes, renters or those buying land contract, must put a deposit down. The deposit is held until termination of the account.

In person, by mail, locked night drop, by phone w/credit card, online, or automatically taken out of checking or savings account.
