A Message from Republic Services Regarding Trash Pick Up

Extreme Heat 

Due to the extreme heat, our employees can overheat, and our trucks can break down due to the excessive heat and loads.  Safety is always our concern.

 I just want to make you aware that when these weather events occur, the schedules “could” be impacted.  Republic always works to meet our obligations - I am just asking you to be patient and aware of the conditions we are operating under.

Finally, all residents should be reminded to put their trash out the night before weekly pick-ups.  Our normal time of day of pick-ups can and will change when we are reacting to extreme conditions. 

We can’t be expected to make return trips for late put outs once we reach a neighborhood so it is always best practice to put their containers out the evening before expected pick-ups.
