Get Moving Southern Lorain County! - A community-wide wellness challenge will begin Monday, November 1st and run through Monday, November 30th. People of all ages can improve their health and well-being by becoming more active. Join the Get Moving challenge as an individual or form a team and encourage friends, family and co-workers to register with you. Track your progress online at livehealthyloraincounty.com to be eligible for great prizes, such as a one month membership to Splash Zone. Attend community wellness classes offered Monday, November 9th and Monday, November 23rd for additional chances to win.
There is no charge to join the challenge or attend the classes. Information about the Get Moving challenge and the community classes is available online at villageofwellington.com, livehealthyloraincounty.com or you can pick up a flyer at the Herrick Memorial Library or Lorain County Community College at Wellington. No computer? No problem! Staff is available at both locations to assist you with registration.
