Columbia Gas is currently working in Wellington to replace risers that they have identified as a potential safety issue. Residents who have such a riser will be notified prior to the work. Restoration of gas service after the work is completed will require entering the home. Contractors completing the work will have identification demonstrating they are completing the work on behalf of Columbia Gas.
