Residents are reminded that Wellington does have a snow ban for parking on streets when 2 inches of snow has fallen or is expected to fall.

This ordinance was passed to expedite the removal of snow from the streets. If you are parked on the street during the snow ban, you risk having your vehicle ticketed or towed. By parking off the street you also lessen the chance that your vehicle will get plowed in during snow removal.
