Wellington Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area

The creation of a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) is meant to serve as an economic tool to attract patrons to Downtown Wellington and highlight the area as a destination for dining and entertainment.  It allows permit holders to create events whereby patrons can purchase and carry acholic beverages in a designated (purchased) cup within the DORA area. 

The types of establishments located within the established DORA are primarily businesses in the retail, dining, or services sectors.
